Driver Identification
This informs you about who is doing what, and when. The Orchid Driver ID solution records information about who has been driving a particular vehicle, where they have been, how long they were there and their driving patterns during the trip. This information can be sent to you anytime, anywhere.
Driver tags:
- Can authorise certain drivers to utilise specific categories of vehicles.
- Prevent the ignition from starting or activate a buzzer/light if a tag is not used or the driver is unauthorised.
- Run reports specifically for individual drivers.
Driver Behaviour
By monitoring driver behaviour, you are better informed to manage your fleet costs and service delivery objectives. Linking driver behaviour improvements to incentive programs using the intelligent driver scorecard module is a valuable training aid. You can also decide which events you would like to be alerted to and an SMS notification will be sent to you. Exception alarms such as speeding, over revving, harsh acceleration and braking, as well as excessive idling, will be recorded in the appropriate driver performance report.
