Hub Network
We have a triple redundant hub environment that is completely secure and provides a number of critical advantages:
- All data transmitted between the TCU in the vehicle and the Hub is fully encrypted and secure.
- Data is mirrored to a remote site to allow for Disaster recovery. Should the Global Telematics building be completely destroyed, we will be up and running again within a few hours, without having lost any vehicle data.
- All data transaction are acknowledged to avoid data loss and a full audit trail is retained.
- Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS).
You don’t have to be a computer whiz to use Orchid. Full system training is provided to all new clients and our client support teams will ensure you continue to get the best out of your fleet management and vehicle tracking system.
