Our valued staff members possess the skills to assist you with first level technical support and general operational queries. Our case management software and processes ensure that your enquiry is handled efficiently through to resolution and we measure our response times to your enquiries in our goal to constantly improve client service levels.
Alarm Response Centre
Our response centre agents will monitor your configured alarms 24/7/365 watching over your fleet and responding to your support needs. Our valued staff members are specially trained to assist in all types of emergencies and connect directly to 235 rapid response field agents located throughout South Africa. We also provide services to safeguard recovered vehicles and cargo as well as escort services to home base and incident investigations.
We are proud of our recovery track record and have consistently exceeded the industry average vehicle recovery rate as measured by VESA (Vehicle Security Association of SA).
